For AXA, which is ranked as the largest global insurance company, Compaso has been used as the digital platform for a recent senior marketing programme. Appropriately this programme focused on ‘Marketing in the Digital Age’
Participants logged into the platform before, during and after the course to enhance their learning and share their experiences.
Compaso increased the impact of this programme in three ways. Firstly, a simple pre-task was set before the participants arrived. Then, during the programme, Compaso modules supplemented the classroom experience. And finally, now everyone has returned to their workplace within AXA, Compaso will help them to integrate what they’ve learnt into their day to day work.
All in all, this AXA programme has tapped into Compaso’s key strengths of learning by doing and sharing what works.
